*Fee Qualifications, Terms & Disclosures: Soulpod Homes is a marketing brand owned and operated by MTV Group LLC, an Arizona-based real estate investment company and not a licensed brokerage. One or more members of MTV Group LLC are licensed real estate agents in the State of Arizona, and all licensed real estate activity, negotiations, and representation are conducted exclusively by agents affiliated with REAL Broker LLC. To qualify for any referral fee, commission, or incentive, the Referring Brokerage or Agent must be identified in the original offer submission and remain involved through closing. The Guaranteed 3% Commission Program and Moving Assistance Program apply only to eligible transactions and must be requested and approved in writing prior to closing by an authorized representative of MTV Group LLC. If a seller’s offered commission is below 3%, MTV Group LLC may, at its sole discretion, supplement the difference upon successful close of escrow. The Moving Assistance Program may provide up to $1,500 toward local moving costs within 50 miles, subject to written approval, property eligibility, and disclosure through escrow. All commissions, fees, and supplemental payments are paid exclusively through escrow to the agent’s licensed brokerage; no payments are made directly to individual agents outside of escrow. MTV Group LLC and its affiliates may, from time to time, act as wholesale buyers and may assign or resell purchase contracts in compliance with Arizona HB2747 (A.R.S. § 44-1691 et seq.), with full written disclosure provided to all parties prior to contract execution. Homes already listed on the MLS or under active listing agreements are not eligible for the 3% commission program. All offers, programs, and incentives are subject to written agreement, availability, due diligence, inspection, title review, and successful close of escrow.
