How does Soulpod Homes pay agents?

We *guarantee a minimum of 3% commission to you on every closed deal. If the seller offers less, Soulpod will cover the difference — as long as it’s requested in writing prior to closing.

Do you work directly with the sellers?

No. We only buy through licensed real estate agents. Your client stays your client — always. Every transaction runs through the agent who brings the opportunity.

How fast can you make an offer?

Most offers are delivered same day, often within a few hours. You’ll get a clean, written offer from a real decision-maker with proof of funds included. We just need good pictures to make the offer!

Do you buy homes in any condition?

Yes. We buy as-is — no repairs, cleaning, or prep required. We handle everything from hoarder houses to full remodels, and we’re comfortable with tenants, violations, and inherited properties.

How quickly can you close?

As fast as 3 business days when title is clear, or we can extend up to 120 days if your seller needs time. You control the timeline.

Do you wholesale or assign contracts?

We’re real buyers with our own funds. Most of our contracts close directly, but in some cases we may partner or assign to another vetted local investor. Either way, your commission and relationship stay fully protected.

What if my client needs extra time to move out?

No problem! We routinely structure flexible post-possessions so sellers can move on their schedule. Terms are documented and funded through escrow.

How do I submit a property?

Do you really help pay for my client’s moving costs?

Yes. Soulpod Homes offers up to $1,500 in moving assistance to help your clients relocate after closing.
We can pay the moving company directly or credit the cost on the closing statement — whichever is easiest for the seller.
